At HiHealthify, we want your experience to feel simple, clear, and well taken care of. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to review it fairly and help resolve it.
This Return Policy applies to purchases made through hihealthify.com and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Contact Us First
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us at [care@hihealthify.com] before sending anything back.
To help us review your request quickly, please include:
your full name,
your order number,
a short description of the issue, and
clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or opened in poor condition.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:
a replacement,
a refund to your original payment method,
or store credit.
We may ask for photo evidence before approving a replacement or refund.
3. Lost in Transit Orders
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If the claim is approved, we may offer either:
a replacement,
a refund,
or store credit.
Please note that shipping delays do not always mean a package is lost. We may ask you to wait a short period or confirm tracking details before we process a claim.
4. Returns for Change of Mind
Because HiHealthify sells wellness and supplement products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
change of mind,
buyer’s remorse,
taste preferences,
personal preference,
or products ordered by mistake.
We also do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are not in their original condition, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:
opened supplement bottles or containers,
opened hydration products,
used products,
items with broken seals caused after delivery,
gift cards,
promotional or final-sale items, where allowed by law.
6. Wrong Address and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or undelivered because of:
an incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
failure to collect the package,
refusal of delivery,
or failure to pay customs duties or taxes, where applicable.
If a package is returned to sender because of one of these issues, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense.
7. International Orders and Customs
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance requirements imposed by the destination country.
If an order is rejected, abandoned, or returned due to customs-related issues, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
8. Cancellation Requests
We may accept cancellation requests only if the order has not yet entered production or fulfillment.
Once an order has been prepared, processed, or submitted for fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
9. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
10. Replacements
If a replacement is approved, we will arrange for a new item to be shipped to you as soon as reasonably possible.
Replacement timing may vary depending on product availability, processing times, and shipping destination.
11. Chargebacks and Abuse
We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, replacements, or future service where we detect abuse of this policy, suspicious activity, repeated false claims, or misuse of the return process.
12. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If local law gives you additional rights, those rights will still apply.
