HiHealthify uses third-party fulfillment partners to manufacture, pack, and ship certain orders.

Because of how fulfillment is handled, your order may ship from a warehouse address that is different from our business address, and orders may occasionally be split into multiple shipments. Shipping timelines shown at checkout or on our site are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.

We do not guarantee that all items are returnable simply because a customer changes their mind. Eligibility for returns, replacements, and refunds is governed by our Return Policy and applicable law.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

Replace the bracketed fields with your real legal business name, support email, mailing address, governing law, and policy URLs.

Keep your Terms page separate from your Return Policy and Privacy Policy. Your current template already expects those pages to exist and links to them.

Because you sell supplements, make sure your site-wide claims, labels, and ads stay aligned with FDA rules on structure/function claims and disease claims, and with Supliful’s rule that you, as the brand holder, are responsible for compliance in every market where you sell.
